What services do you offer?

Do you only offer yearly plans?

Memory Post offers monthly photo printing subscriptions for new parents, families and grandparents, making it simple to turn digital photos into lasting keepsakes. Select plans also include keepsake albums and memory cards designed to help preserve the stories behind the photos.

How many prints will I receive?

Once a month you will receives 10 prints that are 4×6. Currently we do not offer more photos than 10 per month.

How does this work?

I only want photos sent to me. Do you have a plan for that?

I forgot to upload my photos this month! Can I still get my photos?

Can I cancel at anytime?

Do you have gift cards?

We offer both yearly and monthly memberships plans.

There are two ways to reach out.

  • Go to “Contact” in the menu bar above and fill out the form

  • Email us at hello@mymemorypost.com

    Please allow for 24-48h business hours for a response.

Do you send my photos as a digital album every month?

  • Every month you will receive an email letting you know it’s time to upload your 10 photos.

  • Scroll through the last month’s photos and upload your 10 favorite images.

  • You will receive a confirmation email letting you know your photos have been uploaded and your order is being processed.

  • Prints will arrive within 10-14 business days. Prints will be mailed in a photo safe envelope.

  • Remove from envelope and enjoy!

Yes! You’re looking for the Essentials Membership. Every month we simple delivery your photos straight to your mailbox. No extras, and the flexibility to cancel whenever you need.

Of course you can! Don’t worry we’ll be happy to send your prints at any time.

While we do send multiple reminders, if you happen to miss a month we will be happy to send your prints when you’re ready to upload them.

For example, if you forget to upload June’s prints, but you remember in July, you can upload both June’s and July’s photos at once. We will send you all 20 prints in one envelope. There is no additional charge for uploading your photos late.

I have a yearly subscription plan. Can I cancel it/get a refund?

Is anything else included in the monthly delivery?

If you are a monthly subscription member, yes you can cancel at anytime.

If you have paid for the month, you will receive that month’s prints before your subscription comes to an end.

We do not currently offer refunds on yearly subscriptions. You can however request your subscription to not be renewed. You will receive your prints for the remainder of the year, then your subscription will come to an end.

Hello Baby: The First Year is not a yearly subscription. It is a one time purchase. It will not renew once the first year of baby’s photos has been completed.

Yes! We love giving the gift of memories. Gift cards are priced to purchase 1 month, 2 months, 6 months or 1 year of photos.

Yes! Most of our plans include items in addition to your favorite photos.

Depending on the plan this can include:

  • Memory Prompts: simple writing prompts to help you preserve the story of this season of life.

  • Monthly Milestone Cards; for the Hello Baby Plans from newborn-12 months old

  • Photo Challenge Card: A special photo challenge to hep you capture the simple moments happening during this season of life.

  • A keepsake photo album to preserve both your photos and the stories behind them.

No, we are not creating an album of your photos. This service is designed to deliver physical prints to your mailbox so you can have the flexibility to use them however you like!

Whether you choose to frame them, share with loved ones, put in album or even just put them on your fridge, it’s always special to have a physical photograph you can hold in your hand.

While we do not create an album for you ,our yearly membership plans do include a ready to use photo album as part of the first delivery. In your album you can preserve not only your photos but also your Milestone and Memory Cards.
